Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of golfpodz.com and Golf Podz software. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms may apply to a specific product; those will be shown in the app or store listing.
1. The Services
Golf Podz publishes software and this website. Features may change. We may offer free and paid parts. We do not sell third-party collectible cards as digital goods.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You must have authority to bind your organization if you use the Services on its behalf.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the credentials you use. Tell us at [email protected] if you think an account was stolen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law; attack or overload the Services; scrape in a way that harms the site; impersonate Golf Podz; or use the Services to infringe others’ rights. Game rules inside a product, if any, are part of that product — cheating or exploiting a multiplayer mode we operate may get the account closed.
5. Purchases
Apple and Google handle their own store billing and refunds. Web payments, when offered, are charged by our processor. Paid features are described before you buy. Taxes may apply.
6. Intellectual property
Golf Podz owns this site’s design, text, and original software, except where we credit someone else. Third-party names and card games remain their owners’ property. Using a Golf Podz training tool does not grant a license to reproduce another company’s cards outside that tool.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that a practice tool will make you win a tournament. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golf Podz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of ten US dollars or the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Golf Podz against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these terms, except to the extent we caused the harm.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business as listed on our D‑U‑N‑S record, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may have extra rights that cannot be waived in your country.
