This policy describes how Golf Podz (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use golfpodz.com, related pages, and Golf Podz software (together, the “Services”). If a specific app has extra practices, we will say so in that app’s store listing and still link here.

1. Information we collect

You give us: email address and message content when you write support, privacy, or legal; account details if you create an account in a Golf Podz product; optional profile fields you choose to store.

We collect automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, for security and to keep the site working. We do not need precise GPS for this website.

From stores and payment partners: if you buy through Apple or Google, they process the payment. We may receive a purchase token, product id, and whether a subscription is active — not your full card number. Web payments, when offered, go through a processor such as Stripe under their privacy policy.

We do not: sell personal information; run randomized digital card packs; or require you to pay for legal cards in a training product.

3. Children (COPPA)

Golf Podz Services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email [email protected] and we will delete it. Some products may use a 13+ age gate before an account is created.

Users 13–17 should use the Services with a parent or guardian’s permission where required by law. We do not sell personal information of minors. We do not use personal information of users under 18 for third-party interest-based advertising.

We share information only: with vendors who process it for us (hosting, email, analytics we have actually enabled, crash reporting, payments); if you ask us to; if required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of the company, with notice where required. Hosting for this site may include Bluehost and a CDN such as Cloudflare.

5. Retention

Support email is kept as long as needed to resolve the request and for a reasonable period of business records. Account data lasts until you delete the account or we close it. Server logs are rotated on a rolling basis. Backups expire on a fixed schedule.

6. Your choices

7. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls on admin tools, and least-privilege hosting. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you think an account was compromised.

8. International

We may process information in the United States. If we transfer data from the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with vendors.

9. Changes

We will post the new date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use personal information will be called out here or in-product.
